HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A SIGN TO BE COMPLETED?

Turnaround time is 3-4 weeks for custom name cut outs & 4-5 weeks for custom rounds, generic signs and business logos.

WHAT ARE OUR SIGNS MADE OF?

Our name cutouts are made of premium quality half inch thick MDF ( Medium Density Fiber). Our round signs are made with premium plywood and a combination of (PVC & MDF).

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER AN ORDER IS PLACED?

Once your order is placed, we will send you a mockup within 48 hours for your approval. For name cutouts, we will send you a mockup of the font you selected, along with a font that looks best with the name. For all other signs, we will work on multiple designs until you are satisfied and approve the mockup.

The mockup will be sent via email that you provide during checkout. Please make sure the email you provide is correct and be sure to check your junk-mail if you haven’t heard back from us after you have placed your order.

DO YOU SHIP/DELIVER?

• Canada wide shipping is available for a flat rate of $20.

• Local pickup from Brampton is available free of charge.

HOW DO I HANG MY SIGN?

We recommend using 3M command strips to install your name cutout sign. For all round plywood base signs, we install a hook on the back for an easy install.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted if the product is broken due to installation error. If the product is delivered and is defective, please send us a picture and we will work with you to correct it in a timely manner. Once the order is picked up from our premises, we are not responsible for any damages. Please handle your package with care.

PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS:

Please use both hands when holding your package. Please ensure you handle your package with care and lay it flat in your vehicle. Open up your package as soon as you can. Leaving it in the packaging or in your car for too long may damage the item. Once the order is picked up from our premises, we are not responsible for any damages.
